Hi friends I would like to recommend you here a recommended recipe from one of our chefs in Bengalis recipe for a fire on the most delicious marinated fire to eat, just makes the meat juicy and very tender. So here in front of you I will write down everything you need to do to marinate the poppies in your home or wherever you choose, on the grill or in a strip pan you can too but the most delicious is the real fire in charcoal bbq.
1 kg of poppies
1 teaspoon garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of honey (9 g)
1 tablespoon soybean (10 ml)
1/2 cup olive oil (120 ml)
Mix all the ingredients together, in a bowl.
Clean the poppies from unnecessary fat and cut into medium sized pieces.
A recommended tip for easier skewering is to soak the skewer sticks in a glass of hot water and then it will simply be easier for us to skewer.
Put the poppies we cut into the marinade to mix well and cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for a few hours to absorb the flavors which is what will also make our poppies soft and juicy.
Then poke the poppies in the skewers and keep in the fridge until your fire is ready.
Place on the bbq and fry well on each side until browned. Baking usually takes about 8 minutes on each side, depending on the intensity of the fire and the heat of the coals. Meat roasting on the fire varies according to the heat source we use.
And with appetite 🙂
Poppy on fire with marinade is suitable for social and family events. The dish is quick to prepare and cook. Due to the sweetness of the dish, it is considered most favored by children and a young audience. It is recommended to serve the dish in light events that do not require complex preliminary preparations.
You can also make the marinade the night before and let the meat rest for a whole night in the batter.
